You are cordially invited to join the Newark Mentoring Movement's 

Developing Your Nonprofit's Business Plan Workshop.  

The goal for this training is for each individual to walk out with a strong understanding of how to develop a business plan.

Elements of the training will include:

- Developing a mission and vision statement 

- Goal setting (5 year vision)

- Understanding the key elements of a business plan

- Opportunity to work one-on-one with professional consultants to walk through the building blocks of your business plan.
